   Building a local broadcast and digital media outlet from scratch. President since October 2025, co-founder and art director from day one.

   • Strategic roadmap, legal structuring and forecast budget ownership.
   • Full visual identity: logo, guidelines, type system, UX/UI.
   • Original format design — shows, short-form capsules, news, talk shows.
   • Production tooling and workflows: SPX templates, naming conventions, automation.
   • Negotiation with the City of Bourges and the Region; coverage of the Tiers-Lieu Jeunesse opening, Convention La Faille and Birds of Prey 6.0.

   • Steering dashboards (Microsoft Lists, Power BI) for real-time progress tracking.
   • Change management: technical documentation and hands-on training sessions.
   • Main interface between engineering, business teams and incoming firms.
